1. Introduction

Welcome to lbk8, an online sports betting and casino entertainment platform ("the Platform") operated for Malaysian and international users. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and lbk8 ("we," "us," or "our").

• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of lbk8 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or gaming partners.

lbk8 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an account if eligibility requirements are not met at any point during the account's lifetime. All winnings accrued by an ineligible user may be voided and confiscated at lbk8's sole discretion.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of lbk8 services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in your account.

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. lbk8 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. • Account credentials must not be shared with or transferred to any third party.
• lbk8 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage, including requesting a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be flagged as dormant and may be subject to an inactivity fee as notified by lbk8 from time to time.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

lbk8 supports a range of payment methods tailored for Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow/FPX, and select cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

All deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the relevant cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that belongs to the same registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

lbk8 does not accept deposits made from third-party payment sources. Any funds identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

lbk8 offers various promotional incentives to eligible users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions tied to matches such as the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League (EPL), UFC, and major international tournaments. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable across all lbk8 promotions include:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion's terms and conditions.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly converted through the completion of applicable wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time, unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• lbk8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly in cases where abuse or exploitation of the promotional system is suspected.
• Users found to be exploiting bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other fraudulent means — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the lbk8 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable betting rules prior to placing any wager.

• All bets are final once confirmed. lbk8 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases where lbk8 identifies a manifest error (e.g., a clearly incorrect price or odds).
• lbk8 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds, including odds that were published due to a technical error or human error, without prior notice.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may be adjusted at lbk8's discretion.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a sports event, lbk8's decision — based on official results from recognised sporting bodies — shall be final and binding.
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to additional rules and faster market suspension times. Connection issues or delays on the user's end do not entitle the user to a refund or bet cancellation.
• For casino games, slots, and fishing games, the payout percentages and game rules are governed by the respective game provider's certified Return to Player (RTP) rates.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users of lbk8 are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all associated funds:

• Creating more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account restriction.
• Using any software, bot, script, automated tool, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit bonus systems, or gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of funds derived from illegal activities.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes, exploit markets, or abuse any aspect of the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or technical system underlying the lbk8 Platform.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or other systematic exploitation of pricing errors across markets.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting any personal information during KYC verification or at any other stage of the account lifecycle.

lbk8 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and relevant regulatory bodies. Any evidence of criminal activity identified on the Platform will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and relevant account data may be disclosed in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the lbk8 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, user interface elements, software code, and promotional material — is the exclusive intellectual property of lbk8 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from lbk8.
• Use lbk8's branding, trademarks, or logos in any manner that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit authorisation.
• Scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any purpose, commercial or otherwise.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lbk8 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods.
• Losses resulting from bets placed based on incorrect odds published due to a technical error, human error, or data feed malfunction.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Any third-party conduct, content, or actions that affect your use of the Platform.

lbk8's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lbk8 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Gambling carries inherent financial risk. By using lbk8, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit, and lbk8 accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred during normal Platform usage.

10. Termination

lbk8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Behaviour that lbk8 determines, in its reasonable judgment, to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform, other users, or the general public.

Upon account termination for cause, lbk8 may freeze any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, account balances may be forfeited in their entirety. Where termination is initiated without cause (e.g., due to a business decision to cease operations in a region), lbk8 will make reasonable efforts to facilitate the withdrawal of any remaining eligible balance.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
